1. Order Cancellation

All sales are final once payment is confirmed. Due to our processing workflow, we cannot accommodate any cancellation requests after an order has been placed.

Pro Tip: Please double-check your design choice, color selection, and shipping address before checkout to ensure your order is perfect.

2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the delicate, nature of our products, we do not accept returns based on personal preference. This policy applies to:
Discrepancies in color, texture, or design expectations.
Change of mind after purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your saree arrives damaged, we are happy to investigate.
To qualify for a claim, you must provide:
A continuous unboxing video: The footage must show the sealed package being opened and a clear inspection of the saree’s condition.
Order Identification: Your Order ID must be visible in the video or included in your message.

Our team will review your submission and provide a resolution for validated claims.
3. Refunds
Since all orders are final, refunds are generally not issued. In the rare event that a claim for a damaged or incorrect item is approved, we will provide:
*A replacement of the same or a similar design.
*A refund to your original payment method if a replacement is unavailable.

Please Note:
* Shipping fees, handling charges, and PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable.
* Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
