1. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment’s progress until delivery.
2. Delivery Issues
If you receive a damaged parcel or an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the unboxing.
After this period, we may not be able to process complaints due to courier claim limitations.

4. Payment & Refund Note
customers are advised to use domestic payment methods such as UPI, PhonePe, or Bank Transfer.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued only to the same account used for the transaction.
