Our Sungudi sarees are traditionally handcrafted using age-old techniques. As part of the process, they are starched and naturally sun-dried along riverbanks.
Because of this, small starch or water marks, minor spots, fold lines, slight colour variations, and loose threads may occur. These are natural characteristics of a handmade saree and are not considered defects.
Each saree is unique and reflects its authentic handcrafted nature.
Please note:
• No return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing/damage issue.
• A continuous, unedited opening video is mandatory for any damage claim.
• Dispatch time: 5-10 days from order confirmation.
